The Norwood Presbyterian Church is blessed with a sanctuary that can seat up to 800 guests! The grandeur of its traditional beauty enhances the embrace of Christian worship and the legal covenant of marriage.  Should your plans call for a smaller, more intimate ceremony, we would invite you to consider our Chapel.  Its soft hues will blend an atmosphere of family togetherness with the specialness of the moment.  Other spaces in the building lend themselves to preparation areas for the bridal party, while the lower level spaces are perfect for simple nonalcoholic refreshments.  

As a part of  the Presbyterian Church (USA), weddings at the Norwood Presbyterian Church follow the guidelines set by the denomination.  The marriage ceremony is treated as a service of worship, and therefore requires the direction of the NPC pastor.  Other persons licensed by the state of Ohio may perform or participate in the ceremony as long as the plans are in cooperation with the pastor.  In preparation for the service of marriage, the pastor may provide the couple with pre-marital counseling as is required and therefore included in the clergy fee for service.  If you would like more information about our wedding policy, please contact us by e-mail,  norwoodpres@fuse.net, or calling the office at (513) 531-1546.  We will be happy to send you more specific details, including a list of fees for use of the building.
